Water is Life.
I mean, seriously though. Without water, life wouldn’t be anything. Water is something that you’re going to use everyday. But one way we don’t use it enough is in our bodies. Yup, that’s right. Not drinking enough water. Did you know up to %60 of the adult human body is composed of water? Yea, me neither until I just looked it up. Lol.
But what I do know is I’d be lying if I tell you guys that I’m just this day in and day out water drinker. I probably don’t drink nearly as much water as we’re supposed to.. which is technically about a gallon a day? Right. So given that we’re supposed to drink so much water, it’s a couple of different ways to make it easier. Also a couple of motivational benefits you can think of to make it better.

A lot right? Just think of what water does to the outside, the same thing on the inside. Cleans and restores. Of course we can’t drink soaps and body washes, therefore we accompany these waters with other aids, like fruits. Or even the type of water we drink.
My water preference is Alkaline Water.
Now the biggest reason I switched to Alkaline water is the ability to downsize on Acid Reflex and level out acidity in your bloodstream. Now I know you’re thinking, OMG, I don’t really eat a lot of foods with Acid in it.. but you’d be surprised.
I almost always put fruit(s) in my water.. Lemons, Oranges, Grapefruits, and Cucumber are probably the best fruits/veggies to accompany your water. Not only do they boost your immune system, flush you out, and clear your skin.. but it enhances the taste, making it easier to drink and eager to drink more of it as well.
Now throw all of that together in a bottle, or in a glass with a long straw (makes you not focus on drinking water).. your energy level will boost beyond means and you’ll even begin to feel better.. I promise.
